We are pleased to announce that from 23 th August 2018 we have started selling PCV joinery using veneers imitating wood in UltraLink technology, profiles Gealan, VEKA. The technology ensures a thin, aesthetic seal located in the window corners, thanks to which the windows are looking perfectly. UltraLink technology enables permanent and precise joining of profiles by using shape welding technology.
The production has been equipped with modern machines for the profiled connection of Fimtec profiles. The SL 4 FF EVO robot has been made for fast and strong connection of profiles. Shape welding allows for very accurate and clean joining of profiles in the corners. The total elimination of the flash ensures lack of necessity to clean it. As a result of that additional machines such as cleaners or rotary tables are unnecessary.
