On 25th of May 2018 will come into force Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council no. 2016/679 from 27th april 2016 concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Data Protection Directive).
